Elizabeth Avenue is a residential refurbishment which included redesigning the  existing bathroom.

The new bathroom is arranged to optimise the existing space while avoiding moving existing services and works around the existing layout of the stepped internal wall and the window.

A low vanity shelf is added below the window along the length of the wall which neatly hides the services.  The stone vanity top sits into the existing recess and projects out, wrapping over to sit over the window ledge. The vanity cupboard is stepped back flush with the adjacent wall to create a floating effect of the vanity and minimise overlapping the window.
